why those add-on-plugin disappear in the lastes 2019-03 version

i found the add-on plugin is smaller than 2018-06 version.such as twist tool in coordinates tools?
 it is needed for me to build cells.
please add them in the newest version 2019.

The Twister plugin is not shipped with the installer, but must be downloaded from the AddOn manager. It is contained in the FunWithGraphene AddOn.
