Running error

Once I run it, there is one problem shown in the attached picture. And stop running immediately.
What is the problem ???

Could you explain in a step-by-step manner what you did to get this error? Is this issue reproducible? Which version of QuantumATK are you running?

yusciky:
 I am using Virtual Nanolab 2015.1 by floating license. I can open it and set up the supercell in the Builder and prepare the program in Scripter. After it goes to Job manager and begin to run, the problem comes out as shown in the attached picture.

Please attach your python script. For your information, support for versions VNL-ATK 2015-2017 have already been terminated. The latest version of QuantumATK is 2019.03-SP1, see https://www.synopsys.com/silicon/quantumatk.html.
