Version 13.8 of VNL-ATK is no longer supported, please consider upgrading to the actual QuantumATK package. You may apply for a free trial version at https://www.synopsys.com/silicon/quantumatk.html.

Thanks for replying.
I can't upgrade to the full package right now and I am in kind of hurry to finish this calculation. Will the trial version be able to calculate the capacitance of graphene capacitor

I want to calculate the quantum capacitance of a parallel plate capacitor whose two electrodes are made up of monolayer graphene having vaccum or any dielectric between them
