Help:Segmentation fault
« on: October 6, 2010, 11:22 »
When I began to calculate the transmission of graphene nanoribbon with metal contact(total~400 atoms),something went wrong when calculate equivalent bulk.
The "log" file displays:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Segmentation fault
NanoLangguageScript execution failure
------------------------------------------------------------------
But,it's fine when calculate half the device size.
I need your help.Thank you!!

Probably you have run out of memory. Try a smaller basis set and a smaller mesh cut-off. If possible, make sure you are running with the FFT method, since the multigrid method uses a lot more memory.
