If you already have the I-V data, it can be plotted using some visualization softwares, e.g., GNUPLOT, GRACE.

Yes if we have data we can plot with many methods but I am asking for I-V characteristics for two probe systems..


is there any script for that particular plotting?

Maybe, you are asking how to do the calculation of I-V curve, rather than the plotting of I-V curve. For the script of I-V calculation, please see the discussion on these threads:
