When plus the bias,at the fermi level density of states have peaks,but where the transmission spectrum does not have any peak,the value was almost zero,why?
please help me!!!!!

Are the k-points in the calculations of DOS and transmission spectrum same? If number of k-point in the calculation of transmission spectrum is too small, it may lead to such problem.
