How to construct a molecule on graphene?

Hi everyone!
I am a new user and encounter a fundamental question here:
how can one construct a graphene unit cell with a physisorbed melamine molecule in VNL?
I would appreciate any kinds of suggestion.

i am new too.i think it is more convinent to construct the configuration with ATK.
i suggest you read the tutorial of ATK.it is extremly useful most of the time.
You can add any atom and coordinate by using the code.
