          how can build small diameter such as  5.34 to 10 Angstrom diameter of  phosphorene nanotube.

Dear Sir
          we are working on CNT device and calculating I-V graph for the device. We are calculating & getting +ve transmission spectrum at different voltages.  But when we plots I-V graph, we get -ve current at  +ve values of voltage and +ve current at -ve voltage (in low voltage region up 1 V) thereafter the current increases from zero to some positive value.
         
          We have tried DFT with krylov/direct/recursion and with both electrode temperature 300 K.  Its ambiguous to get -ve current at positive voltages   :( .

              Kindly help

     if convert bulk to device taken left electrode size length 7 Angstrom and right electrode 7 Angstrom.
     why the left electrode shows 0.0048 and 0.07 % and right electrode show 0.0034 and 0.05%.

 a device calculation and when I leave it to run the program (processing panel on screen) disappears without giving IV-curve.

I want to calculated some properties of z- junction devices as such as given in atk tutorial for device configuration by ATK-DFT. And try to calculate some properties of such as transmission spectrum, device density of states etc. And after the job manager running the calculation failed.

And give the message in last
 This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Dear sir
           
        I want to build  a  bulk type z-shape capped junction but when build the device from bulk and give the left electrode 7 Ang.,     and again right elecctrode 7 Ang. the device not convert and show the message Error: the first 60 atoms of the central region must match the first 60 atoms of the left electrode region. atoms of the central region was c at. (34.44218208 Ang, 11.4704408197 Ang, 40.403198901 Ang,) it should havee been c at (39.08516061 Ang, 11.8660031442 Ang, 1.21782359 Ang). and when quick optimizer used to optimize the bulk system the VNL has stopped working show message . I attach file of python and also Image file. How can to solve this problem please suggest to me

Dear sir ,

 I am attaching a z-shape cnt to be placed for device calculation. when I place the z-shaped structure from bulk to device   the structure's ends breaks in the electrode area. I have tried it several times but failed to put it correctly. it would we nice   of you,if you please convert this structure in a device and send it to me, so that I may run the calculations. For your kind reference I am attaching the python's and word file.
