I guess f-b means forward bias?

You can setup a p-n junction with ATK12.2, (see release note: http://www.quantumwise.com/publications/news-archive/181 )
Currently there is no tutorial on this, we are working on it?
Basically you need to set the charge of each electrode, to make one electrode p and the other n
