Thanks for the reply. If i add from plugin ->nanoribbon --> chemical properties .(for graphene it will show like carbon and carbon)

For my case(mos2), as like tutorial i can choose one molybdenum and one sulfur. how can i choose the Molybdenum and disulfide.? pls reply.

Hi, am using ATK 2015.1 version and i want to know the band structures for MoS2 1L,2L,..... how to design the 2L and 3L. can u send the snapshot of dat layer structure.
