Dear VNL users ,

I want to build rGO that has just C-O-C groups from graphene .
So with "Builder" window I uploaded a graphene sheet and then with "Molecular Builder" I want to attach oxygen on this graphene sheet .
Unfortunately I can't ! The problem is most of the time oxygen doesn't make any bond with carbon !

Can you please let me know what I have to do ?

I need to do some MD simulations on indium tin oxide clusters .
I checked so many papers and also this mailing list but I couldn't find any idea about that .
Do you have any experience about this kind of simulation ?
Can I build it by VNL ?
Which potential you think is acceptable for that ?
