Hello,

I have a question for external potential module.
I calculated external potential(Vext) of  carbon nanotubes like attached picture
by DET code(GGA). However,  the value of Vext is 0eV at all area.
Please tell me why potential value from carbon atoms became 0eV?

That's because some experiments use triangle-shaped gate.
I want to calculate the structure like following paper.

Hi

I have a question about gate geometry.
Can I make triangle-shape gate or rectangle shape in any angle(for example 45 degree from Z axis)?
