Hi, sorry to bump such an old post.
I am trying to run the above ZnO nanowire script in Virtual Nanolab ATK 11.2 but I get the error
No module named ATK.KohnSham
I tried searching for similar errors and found this thread:

but I'm not exactly sure what has been changed in the script syntax to get around it. I am a complete newb to the program and am not sure how to import ATK.KohnSham, and ATK.MPI libraries.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
