Hello Everyone,
Thanks for all of your support regarding my queries. Now i want to build a graphene nanomesh pn junction. Transition length is about 5 nm. N doped and P doped region is 16 nm each. But how to build the whole structure and how to doped them? I have built 3 parts individually and merged them to build the whole structure but confused thet how to doped the regions. Please help me.

Hello, I am trying to build a Nanomesh.I started from Graphene.Then I repeated it for 4*4 times and removed 6 C atoms. But to make it as a sheet when i am repeating the structure its getting separated from each-other. What should i do to make it like a complete sheet?
One more doubt abot the bandstructure is...What will be the Brillouin zone for the structure...Please Help...

Can anyone please help me to find the reciprocal coordinates of the K and M points in a simple hexagonal Brillouin zone? I have the lattice vectors and the reciprocal vectors, but I can't get the right coordinates for the K point (the corner of the hexagon) and the M point (half way between 2 K points).Is there any formula for it?

 Actually in my device i want to use graphene oxide as the dielectric. But i am not getting how to make it in ATK.

I am a new user of ATK. I want to design a Nanomesh (neckwidth= 4nm). What are the steps to design this and what will be the periodicity if the nanomesh length is 10 nm.
