Hi!
I would like to know how to use a metal such as Ag/Pt as a gate with a voltage and how to vary the voltage as well. Is there maybe a script that can enable you to add or vary the voltage/charge?

Dear Sir,
I am trying to plot an Id-Vd curve for different values of Vg as well as Id-Vg for different values of Vd for a simple MoSe2 FET. I have checked the tutorials but it seems to plot just a single value.Is there a script that can implement this and if there is I would very much appreciate it.Thanks

Hi!
I am trying to simulate the bandstructure of GaN and I know it has a direct band gap of about 3.4eV but the results I'm getting from the simulation shows an indirect band gap. Do I need to do something extra before simulating it?

 I would like to know how to use the converged NC file for a different analysis so as not to run the same script which converges in many number of steps and also to save time. My aim is to use the same converged NC file for a different analysis. Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I have been trying to calculate the bandstructure of the attached MoS2 script but the calculation seems to be running much longer (running for days) therefore I'm sure it is something I'm not doing right. I'm not particularly sure about the k-point sampling, kindly take a look and direct me.

2. I am also trying to use Ag metal as electrodes on the the MoS2 monolayer and find the I-V curve but my problem is how to add the Ag metal on the MoS2 layer. I have also attached the script of the Ag metal.

3. Also, if I am able to successfully run the calculation, can I use the script in http://quantumwise.com/forum/index.php?topic=2096.0 and modify it to compare the symmetry path G-M-K-G.
