It is generally not possible to predict the computation time, since we don't know upfront how many iterations are needed to convergence. For simple cases you can of course expect convergence in 10-30 steps, so after the first 2-3 you can extrapolate, but the simple cases are usually not the ones where you want an estimate... Your own experience with similar models is probably the best predictor.
