Hi,
Is it possible to apply strain to graphene or some other 2D materials in VNL? How to do that?

The easiest way is to change the unit cell vectors by a determined amount, while keeping the fractional coordinates fixed. You can do this under "Bulk Tools>Lattice Parameters".
