2-D channel material mosfet

Hi,

I'm looking to study some 2-D channel material (other than graphene) MOSFETs in ATK, where could I find tutorials etc. for simulating such a device with ATK

Sorry but the video is only about making MoS2 nanotube nothing about MOSFET  , Are there any tutorials on how to make MoS2 MOSGET or even graphene FET (without using the custom builder function)?

The tutorials for graphene FET are all based on custom builder    but i'd rather want to learn building MoS2 or other FETs from the scratch since there are no "Custom Builder" functions for materials other than graphene.
