Hi everyone,
In two probe system, can we measure the effect of temperature (of device) on current through ATK. If yes, then how?
Thanks!!

Yes and no. It's possible to study thermionic emission (see
http://quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/GrapheneDevice/index.html/chap.conductance.html#chap.conductance.sect1.conductance
), meaning you can take the "electron temperature" into account.
But there is no way, currently, to include effects of the lattice temperature.
