Question is....what are the electrical properties you want to measure??? .... For e.g. if you want to know the electrical conductance, then you can utilize the Transmission Spectrum in Landauer formalism to find it out... / So, it is better to mention what are the electrical properties that you are looking for....  :)

thank you sir. but actually i am facing a problem while i set the parameter for calculation,and i want to study the I-V characteristics, but unable to drag and drop of the stucture.
