Hello sir,
I am Pradeep Mishra (M.Tech Scholar in N.I.T. Kurukshetra). I have started my work on this Q.W software and want to build a Spin-FET. So sir please provide me some building tips based videos or some basic guidelines to build it.

Your question is too general. Please don't post such kind of request. It will be ignored.  Strongly suggest that please post the exact problems you have met.
