i have install atk but its does not show any atom when i add e.g. graphene , graphite ........ only lattice show atom not

please go to the Help menu, about Virtual NanoLab and copy and paste the system and graphic information here,

Depending on these information, if you are using 2014  try to go to File->Preferences and disable shader based graphics.
if not try to upgrade to 2014 or you may need to upgrade your graphics driver.
