Add sympy to atkpython

Sympy is a python module that allows for symbolic math in a fashion similar to mathematica. I use it a lot in development but also in atk sessions.

Trivial.
1. Download sympy.tar.gz from
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/releases
2. Extract the archive
3. Run atkpython setup.py install
Done.
