Dear Admin,

I am using free Academic license in my personal computer where i have been trying to view the plots of various simulations carried out in the full license version of Quatumwise ATK at our Institute (IIEST, Shibpur). But, for some reasons I am not being able to view the DOS 2D plots.

I have tried to reinstall the software again and also by re-downloading the software and using it. Still the problem persists. Please help in this regard as the error message also says to report for the error to Quantumwise.

I am attaching the error messages as .pdf files.

You may need to send us the NC file to figure this out...

I am having the same problem in 2016.2 version, do I need to change something manually?

As Anders said, we need to see your python script and related nc-file to figure out where the problem comes from.
