Is it possible in future to have Quantum Monte-Carlo implemented in ATK?

In what sense? MC is just a method, we already have for studying diffusion, but it can be used for many things. I'm guessing you are referring to a device model which includes scattering etc, and that is not likely, at least not in the short to medium term. There are other software packages for that, such as Garand from GSS (recently acquired by Synopsys). However, ATK can provide a lot of value for them by giving accurate input data for e.g. effective masses in confined structures.
