Different model between CNT and electrode

Hello sir

I am working on MTJ with CNT as barrier. since the effect of the interface have an assignable influence on the transport properties of the molecular junction. What different model between CNT and electrodes should be considered.

There is no short answer to your question. There is a plenty of experimental and theoretical literature on this topic, so I would suggest researching this in google scholar or web of science.
