Problem performing FET2DDevice calculations

Hello everyone
I have tried the algorithms for FET2DDevice calculations, as in the following links:

But unfortunately every time the program stops executing and shows the message:
 (Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<frozen runpy>", line 198, in _run_module_as_main
File "<frozen runpy>", line 88, in _run_code)

Please help me solve this problem, knowing that the program version is QuantumATK V-2023.12-SP1.
