Doping concentration for 2D materials

Dear Sir,
When applying carrier concentrations, should i multiply the height of the device with the doping value provided by quantumATK (1e+19 e/cm**3)? I am investigating the thermometric properties of 2D materials.

QuantumATK does not "provide" any doping density, it's an input parameter from the user, so I am not exactly sure where you need help. But in general terms, doping in 2D is an area density and not normalized by volume, so anywhere there is a volume factor, replace it by area.
