This is both simple and not.
You cannot directly launch the calculations on a different computer from VNL. However, you can very easily install ATK separately on the other computer, and copy the scripts you make in VNL to that computer, perform the calculation there, and then copy the result files back to the first computer to visualize the results.
If the computers have a common file systems, either local or a network drive (or you have something like Samba set up), it's even easier, just save the files in VNL to the shared directory and run them from there on the "calculation machine".
