Graphene p-n junction
« on: July 10, 2013, 12:48 »
Hi all,

I read on the forum that electrodes of graphene ideal device can be doped to obtain a p-i-n graphene junction. However I'd like to know if it's possible to build a graphene p-n junction in ATK?

Thanks,
Jim

Yes, this is possible in the new ATK 13.8 version to be released in august, however, a beta version will be available earlier.
