Transmission spectrum for field-effect transistor.

Hi everyone,
I build the FET as attached file below. And then I calculate the transmission spectrum using DFT method with:
- The gate voltage Vg=2V, thickness=1Å
 - Dielectric constant k=3.9εo, thickness=1Å.
When I apply the Source-drain voltage Vd=0, I can obtain the transmission spectrum of FET as showing in attached file. But in the case Vd≠0; I cannot obtain the output file. The work is failed. I don't know why? Please help me!

Hi. Could you please tell us a few more details about how the calculation fails? Also, please provide the failing script. Makes it much easier to trouble-shoot...
