VNL doesn't open after installation in LInux

I installed VNL on my Pentium4 system with, Lubuntu. the installation completed successfully but when i double click the VNL desktop icon it doesn't start. Can anyone help me out!

Dear Touseef, We are aware of this issue and will have a fix available in the next release. For now, you can use the following work-around: open $HOME/.vnl/main.ini and add the following text:

Use a Terminal. Assuming "gedit" is installed:

gedit $HOME/.vnl/main.ini

[touseef]

gedit shows error on saving, " could not find the main.ini file"
Is there any problem with my installation
