Can we do simulation based on thermal spin transport  in VNL-ATK ?
i am providing the link of  a paper in which thermal spin transport  based simulation had done in vnl-atk.

I am sorry I do not understand what you are actually asking. According to the information given in your post, the answer seems to be obvious, i.e., yes, you can do this kind of simulations, since they have been done in the paper you have cited.

The temperature of electrodes can be set in the Calculator settings in the VNL.

You can set the temperatures for the two electrodes in the Electrode parameters in the Calculator settings. I assume you have built a device structure in the Builder and sent it to the Scripter, and  have chosen the Calculator. Otherwise, please consult our documentation https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/atk_transport_calculations/atk_transport_calculations.html.
