Hi,

I am wondering if ATK can simulate the electrical transport in graphene with phonon scattering.

Thanks,
Y

We do currently not have a module which include phonon scattering

No, it is not still true, QuantumATK has had a module for inelastic transport calculations for quite a long time, see https://docs.quantumatk.com/tutorials/inelastic_current_in_si_pn_junction/inelastic_current_in_si_pn_junction.html.

The one-shot SCBA is a newer model introduced in the last release, and I think a tutorial is still missing. I would anyway start with the "basic" version as in the older tutorial linked above
