1. when i am opening the ATK 10( 2010 version ) python script in ATK 12.2.2 version . i have faced some error and not opening ATK 12.2.2 builder . please suggested me how i could open these python script in ATK 12.2.2 builder.

except these process step, any way for band the material( except the gold material( choose other material boron , arsenic, Si) .otherwise atk 12.2.2 can not handle the band  any material feature

Dear Blom,

please suggested me how can we band the any material ( ex. gold)  in atk 12.2.2 . please proved  some process step for band the material
 and also some question regarding the pythone script .

1. no one pythone script ( made in atk 10 version) not open in vnl , suggest me how i can open in atk12.2.2 .
       atk 10. versio pythone script opening in 1tk 12.2.2( editor option ) but when i click on arrow in bottom side -right side select the builder  produce the error please reply me ASAP

i have made fe-mgo-fe junction .i want to calculated the some graph but i don't no how  i can obtain these graph.

1. transmission coeffient v/s energy( in form of spin up and spin down)
2. transmission coeffient v/s number of k -point. is it possible to be see k-point effect on i-v curve (current/number of k-point)
3.please suggest me how i can obtain the humo-lumo energy level
4.you have any tutorial made on organic tft  or oled .if you have no please gimme me idea about this.
5. atk give the result on time dependent

 i have calculated the result of p-n diode in f-b mode. i have some doubt related the result of  p-n diode  diff. bais please see below

p-n diode ------ I-V CHARCRISTIC IN DIFF. BIAS

CASE -1 --------- 0.2V( LEFT ELECTRODE 0.1V, RIGHT ELECTRODE -0.1)
                       3.4105na (approx)
CASE-2-----------0.4V (0.2V, -0.2V)
                         5.45na APPROX
CASE -3-------------0.6V(0.3V,-0.3V)
                            7.38 na APPROX
CASE-4--------------0.8V(0.4V,-0.4V)
                             9.14 na APPROX
CASE-5--------------1.0(0.5V,-0.5V)
                               11.2 na APPROX
CASE-6--------------1.2(0.6V,-0.6V)
                            13.27 na APPROX
CASE-7---------------1.4(0.7V,-0.7V)

1    My Question is ,-------------- pn diode forward bias char. ( current is initially linear  after reaches the 0.6 approx( knee voltage )     current is suddenly  raised but in that case o have confused ......... please suggest me this correct or not  current value of different bias
                                                     please send me valuable answer of this question bcos it''s important for me?

2. I am using atk 12.2.0 version , please tell me how i  can calculated of band gap , dynamic capacitance of p-n diode  . i know that these answer are already posted on forum but when these all python script( band gap, dynamic capacitance) was  opening  in  ATK 12.2.0  , i have seen that error after that these file not open in atk12.2.0 . please suggest me what i can do.

                                                            my configuration is
left electrode is boron

                                      this correct or not . and also please tell me how i can calculated the capacitance??
