Can you please tell me how can I calculate the conductance values from the IV curve using atk?

I have calculated the IV curve using IV option in the gui, now is it possible to get the conductance values from the nc file I have got ?

Your IV-curve calculation should have saved all the transmission spectra computed along the curve. Perhaps you are looking for the "conductance" method available for each transmission spectrum? http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/latest/ReferenceManual/index.html/ref.transmissionspectrum.html
