Very common error, unfortunately. The real solution is to upgrade to version T-2022.03, but it can be fixed, at least temporarily, by removing the Job Manager HDF5 files (jobs*.hdf5 and possibly state.hdf5) in the .vnl directory in your home directory (each version of the software has a subdirectory for these job files there).
