help me transmission spectrum

look at this Fig,  the transmission coefficient is larger than 2 in the transmission spectrum   is it right?

Sure. The transmission can be 4 or 5. It depends on how many open channels you have at each energy.

Yes.

The transmission spectrum is not the probability of an electron going through the device. The transmission spectrum is
the sum of probabilities for all the states that exist at the given energy.
Since a transmission spectrum is defined as such, the current and conductance can be derived directly from the transmission spectrum.
