Running ATK and VNL

Dear All

I am new to ATK and VNL trying to learn from the trail version. I installed the package in windows but i am not able to run the package. it gives error msg like side-by-side config err and plz check event application log file. Should i install any additional software for running the code or i should configure the proxy with ntlmaps...sorry for the elementary question

For the installment with trial license, usually it is no necessary to install any additional software. Maybe the license is not configured well or the configuration of firewall software installed in your computer. Please follow the steps in the installment guide (http://quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/latest/InstallationGuide/index.html/chap.install.html#sect1.install.installatkshort) to configure the license.
