Calculation for Phonon Transmission Spectrum

In running the phonon transmission spectrum for vdW heterostructures, after running the simulation, I only got an MPI_abort process error. Can anyone help to solve the issue?

My guess is that you might run out of memory, it seems like a large calculation (many atoms). But it's very hard to tell without details.
