Hello, in the process of learning ATK, I am trying to build a GNR FET type device ...
I created the electrodes and doped them both as n+ type with Nitrogen ... the structure should therefore be
[n][intrinsic][n]
it is not perfect but i just wanted to see things work .. i added a gate, and used some of the tutorial scripts to do som e IV curves with different bias and gate voltages ....
Attached is the configuration file and the output plots ...
Something is funny, .. the gate voltage does absolutely nothing! can someone help in terms of why my gate does not change the IV curve at all?
