Calculations not running in ATK

Whenever I'm running ATK, it starts the calculation (i.e. shows the atomic positions etc.) and then shows the following error (screenshot attached) = request for more license than available, although my system admin tells me that licenses are available.

Run "lmxendutil -licstat" to find out which license features that already are in use.

Could this command be run from user (w/o admin) accounts as well?

Yes, that should be no problem. The point of the command is just to see how many licenses are currently available on the license server.
