There is not enough information here to solve the issue. However, if you have a purchased license (which I assume since you are setting up a license server), please contact us directly via email, and we will help you fix the problem - we need to look at the license file and compare your LM-X version etc, and that's not suitable to do over the Forum. You can email your sales rep or support@quantumwise.com.
