Hello Sir,
please explain,should zig-zag mos2 nanoribbon be metallic or semiconducting ? if metallic, how to simulate band structure.

How can it be metallic?? / .....The process of obtaining Band Struct. is the very same as we do in any other case (e.g. GNR)... u can check the following link, which might be helpful....
