License Not Fethching with ATK 2014

Dear Sir,

I have installed the new ATK version 2014.0 on the client machine and also installed the License tool version 4.6.5 on License server.

Earlier I used License tool 4.4.2 on License server and ATK 13.8.1 on client machines. It was able to access the license server and fetch licenses, even now the 13.8.1 version is able to access the license, but the newly installed ATK is not able to fetch the license.

Following is the error message we get.

[NETWORK] 6200@10.11x.x.xx - (Err: 15) Unable to connect to license server

Try to follow the instructions at http://quantumwise.com/support/faq/item/645-advanced-license-troubleshooting to find out more details, and let us know what you get.

Also try to run
lmxendutil -licstat -network -host 6200@ancl.dese.iisc.ernet.in

In both cases, also check the server log for messages.
