i am making an CNT fet but i dont know the correct spacing between my dielectric and CNT.Also i got problem in thickness of metal and dielectric.my device has central region of 16.02A length and both the electrodes are of 5.34A length.my electrodes are also of CNT.please help me to find out the correct spacing.i am attaching geometry of CNT fet.
