Is it possible to draw transmission probability (T) as a function of incident angle at Fermi energy in ATK?

Yes, that's the k-point resolved transmission spectrum that you will see in many of our tutorials.

So if your graphene plane is YZ for instance, then the angle is determined by the ky value, where ky=0 is angle 0 and ky=0.5 (in reciprocal coordinates) would be pi/2, I guess. Then you just need to calculate the transmission for various ky and energies, and collect the results and plot.
