IV curves for FET
« on: November 27, 2015, 03:46 »
I have built a graphene fet device. I would like to know which graph does the IV plot inbuilt function in nanolab give. Is it the current vs Vgs one or current vs Vd. And how would be able to get the other graph

The IV-Plot widget plots the current vs. potential difference across the electrodes. You will need to use pylab for plotting the current vs. gate-source potential: http://quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/InAsDevice/index.html/chap.gatescan.html
