Dear Sir,
Is it possible to extract the effective band structure data? There is no option in the analyzer tab.

It is currently not possible to directly export the full effective bandstructure data. You can, however, export the data from a "band trace": http://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/effective_band_structure.html#sample-averaged-effective-band-structure
