Windows 10 showing smart screen filter alert, regarding the installer as unsafe. Please correct this.

The Windows 10 smart screen alert is actually not that Windows regards the installer as unsafe, but rather that it does not know if it is safe. For now, just click "More info" and run the installer anyhow.

You are right, I can install now. However this alert didn't come up for 2016.2 !
